You are loved in the beauty of your humanness.
Recorded in Mount Shasta in the energies of the 8/8 Lionsgate, this channeled immersion is an invitation to bring your attention inwards — into your heart and centre, into the sensation of breath in your body, and into the space between each heartbeat.
You don’t need to mentally follow the words. Let part of you listen while another part rests with yourself.
Within you is a gateway to oneness. A memory of where you came from. A knowingness of how you became.
This immersion transmission moves gently into the places where the experience of unlovability may have felt like truth. The places that have hurt. The places that perhaps have not been truly seen.
And it offers another remembering.
You have never been unlovable.
The light in you has never gone out.
Through all of your humanness — your vulnerability and not-knowingness, the times you have fumbled and dropped things, made mistakes, tripped and fallen and got up again and again — something in you has kept going.
You are loved in the beauty of your humanness.
You are invited to see the true beauty of your own heart, and to rest for a while in the relationship that lies beneath all others: your relationship with the totality of who you are.
Like the seed that contains the blueprint of all it will become, that same seed is within you.
There are deliberate spaces of silence woven throughout this immersion. As part of the journey. There is no experience you should be having and nothing you are expected to take away.
Towards the end, the words become quieter and the field remains open for a period of silent communion — an invitation, if you wish.
