Focus on what you’re creating to find your pathway through the chaos

Even if you’re not sure what that is… 

Turning to face that question in your heart aligns you with the intention to put creation before crisis, to align in your soul signature and be in your center even when seeming chaos is all around you. The heart always has a still space – a silence. A gateway to the infinite, for you to fall into inside yourself. And when you do, you fall out beyond all the stories, yours and anyone else’s. If you can empty out for just a moment, and fall into that silence inside you, then all the thoughts, the expectations and the beliefs that are limiting your horizon can melt away – just for a moment. And in that spaciousness you contact something beyond the limits of your own imagining. The true you. By which I mean to say, the limitless you. The one who remembers who you are and why you are here. Who knows what is for you now and what you are for. And what you rest and reside in is the resonance of your own signature blueprint. The song of who you are forms in the spaciousness of beingness, there to remind you. Not as a download of information or a to do list from your soul. But as a felt resonance connecting you with who you truly are. 

Once contacted in the liminal of consciousness, even for a moment, there’s a connection made that can continue to guide you throughout your day, your week, your year and your life. However it is you get your guidance – and we’re all truly unique in this.  

So you don’t need to know ‘what am I creating.’ Just to turn within to that silent space inside the heart, in between each heart beat and there you’ll find you. Who you truly are. And who you truly are is encoded with your signature song. The akash of your human blueprint contains all you truly are – not just the overlays you’re creating from in this moment. 

It takes dedication and practice, commitment to the Self, to turn within and listen, in the silence. To not expect an answer there and then just because you’ve dropped in to meditate with a question in your heart – ‘What Am I creating?’

I forget this even now and it makes me laugh at myself every time. With kindness, these days and forgiveness for forgetting. 

My friend, she said to me today – Everyone already knows everything. The simplest words can have the most profound effect. Everything is just a transmission of frequency.

And she’s right. 

All I’m ever doing here by sharing what I feel inspired to share is serving up reminders of what you already know. Because I need those reminders, too. Every day. 

The world isn’t collapsing—it’s realigning. What if the chaos around us is actually an invitation to imagine and create the future we truly desire? The power of aligned action can manifest more than fear ever could. 

I know I’m not along in feeling deeply the profound internal and manifest movements globally,. I see the field lit up with many loving consciousnesses supporting humanity’s evolution within Gaia.  I have such trust in the heart calling of each individual and collective – that it is written within, how each being is aligned to work through only what they’ve elected to be with at a soul level – for growth and for service. And the phenomenality just blows my heart wide open – of this global picture of many moving hearts, making up many moving parts, all functioning together through the seeming chaos to renew, realign, redirect and rebuild the self and the planet we share.

I’m in awe of where I see humanity standing in this now moment.
