safe listening – getting the most from a channeling:

To listen to a channeleing safely and get the most from it, it’s recommended to bring the awareness within, bring the attention to the heart and centre, to how we physically feel in our hearts and centres. To bring the attention to the sensation of breath in the body, the sensation in the body as a whole, and to make the intention from this place, to: Receive only that which is in unconditionally loving integrity and safe and appropriate for me at this time. Keeping the attention on how we feel while we listen.

SUMMARY: This eclipse window – protect your boundaries, turn within and ask for help. 

Healing dis-eased doingness. 

Greetings beloved, yes we are here to speak on your up and coming big events.

And you are scheduled for yet another wave event, and indeed this is, just as with the others, to call you home to your hearts.

Once again, the influx, shall we say, of doingness energy, of the world coming out of quarantine and beginning to move again, has simply brought up the next layer of the diseased masculine, which is here to be healed, held, loved – until it is dissolved in the very love itself, which shall give rise to the birth of the golden masculine, which is being born within you all. 

Impulses from the sun, shall we say, warming you through. Warming your hearts, opening you more and more like the flowers you are, to the unconditional resonance of Love, opening in your hearts. And there is a call for you all, to come home to yourselves, come to rest. Come into stillness. To hold this impatience, to be back up and doing. For it is in stillness, in beingness, you shall recall to yourselves the very ending of this diseased doingness, which has corrupted the systems in your planet and the systems within yourselves and your energy biology. Your minds, your hearts, your creations. 

Your creations as they stand continue to support you in diseased doingness. And you have asked for these to be renewed. And so, your creation is delivering exactly and directly what you have asked for. If you were able to call yourselves home to Grace effortlessly, to change everything about how you are creating, nothing would need to happen. You could simply shift your doingness into its different gear. However, you cannot, without assistance. And there is an element of brutality to the assistance that is bing manifested. We do not like to see such brutality manifestations being necessary. We would urge each and every one of you who hears this. To pray for yourselves and all humanity. To consciously come home to yourselves, consciously recall your impatience back to beingness. Consciously bring yourselves into stillness, into beingness, into the pause as you move through this eclipse window. 

And the image they’re giving me is of someone jumping. And rather than jumping with all their limbs out, bringing the knees up to the chest and hugging our knees with our arms and bending our head and holding ourselves – this is the image they’re giving me for what it’s like going through this window. It’s like, pull your limbs in, come into within-ness. 

Yes dear one, this is what we are asking you to do. This reduces the turbulence that is necessary. You are, all in good time, going to be a world in motion again, but you have this chance to heal yourselves and change a very great deal about you move into motion again as a world. You are going to recall much of the ways of your creating. How you do this and what you need to go through while you do this depends upon you and the extent to which you can consciously call yourselves home to your hearts. 

Dear one, take heart. These wave events are not here to hurt you. They are here to help. But you must take response-ability for playing your part if you wish to make things easier for everybody and for yourselves. 

We bring you this news not to alarm you, but to prepare you. And the preparation is simple. 

Call yourselves home. Into beingness. Into the heart. Hold your borders, protect your boundaries, bring yourselves inwards and ask for help.
