What happens in a session – what can I expect?

Buried deep within you is the divine remembrance of who you are. It’s written in at a cellular level. Whether you are working with your emotions, with challenging thought patterns, limiting beliefs, if you are ready to accept the possibility that you are consciously and unconsciously the creator of your own reality, that what manifests for you comes from within you, then we can work together to help you lift how you’re creating. In whatever area matters to you the most.

Yes in this work, we specialize in helping you come into Resonance, into alignment, embody your natural gifts and make space for you to live from them.

Yes, we focus on putting you in deeper touch with your intuition, inner guidance and shift into being driven by excitement, not need. So you create more of life that holds the frequency of Joy every day in natural ways.

And yes, we look at how you can stay stable, centered, safe and grounded in your work at an energetic level. How you can advance and develop that – whatever level you’re working at. And how you can lift your mission, energy work, calling and soul purpose to come from a higher, clearer, even more soul-aligned place. 

But we start from where you are, what you are calling for and what is going to support you. In safe, held space we will be facing the parts of you that are attached to your stories and where you’re creating from in the moment. The work we do together is deep and transformational and involves opening to core origin woundings at their root. That’s why the pace we move at, what we open to and how deep we go depends on you and you are not pushed to go beyond what’s safe for you. 

Sessions are led by your needs in the moment and what comes through for you depends on what you are ready for, open to and able to safely and appropriately receive, integrate and embody. 

In the 17 years I have been doing this work, no two sessions have ever been the same.  It’s led by your needs in the moment. 

But here are some of the elements you might encounter in a session:

• Meditation – guidance on where to place your attention. We will focus on staying embodied and physically aware. You won’t be asked to do anything complicated or that isn’t aligned for you. You don’t have to follow any of the guidance given in session either
• Channeling – this can be channeled sound, messages, energy alignments and configurations. That means we bring through the right frequencies for you. Channeling doesn’t plant frequencies in your field. It’s a form of communication that catalyzes and activates in ways that are appropriate, safe and called for by you.  If you don’t know what channeling is, that’s something we can talk more about in our consultation and you are welcome to ask any questions.
• Silent spaces – some of what we will move through happens without words, or sounds. You’ll be guided to stay present with your heart, breath and body sensations during silent spaces and to stay with your own inner experience throughout the session. 
• Emotions and physical sensations. When we are working through inner processes, emotions can rise up to be cleared from your field. This is because emotions are like the fuel keeping our patterns in place. And moving through them safely can be essential for lifting and changing how we’re creating our reality. The good news is, when emotions rise in session, they will be nothing like the original emotions connected to what you’re working through. They are more like an echo, just surfacing enough to let you know you’re moving through them.  
• Physical sensations are very much the same. We’re accessing the records of past events, inherited records, past life records or other dimensional records. In order for the energy stuck in these records to clear it often needs to move. And you may experience sensations or emotions but not in their full force.  Making space for these to be seen, welcomed, loved and accepted disconnects them from your current life story and allows for lasting change of core wounding at the root and origin. 
• I am what’s called a somatic empath. I physically move energies. So I will do that silently or through movement and sound. As well as channeling frequencies, I will also move and transmute energies through my own field. This means I may move and sound during our session. And not all of it will be pretty noises! But what you should know is that I don’t take on your energy and I don’t step into your field or cross your boundaries.  And that the sound and movement is helping energy transmute and leave and that the process is safe. 
• Listening and Self enquiry. It may just be that you need to talk through what’s going on in your life, or what’s surfacing in your awareness when we meet. And I can listen, guide and respond.  In ongoing work there is usually a pattern that emerges, where we move between coaching, transformational deep dives and emotional or pattern healing, through talking and listening and energetic support and channeling. It is led by what supports you the most. 
• Energetic and Empathic coaching, guidance and teaching – on how to develop your gifts, how to stay safe, protected, supported, how to call in specific support to deepen your connection to inner guidance, cocreative teams of guides and Higher Self. How to stay embodied and present while opening to awareness and the multidimensionality of energetics. 
• Spiritual Coaching. Supporting you in your relationship with the divine and on your personal path. Whether you’re embodying I Am awareness and facing the challenges of coming home to Oneness and recalling the parts of the self in separation. Or exploring connectedness and awareness. Whatever you are opening to and wanting to move through, this is safe, held space, free from judgement where you are welcome to call in the support that nurtures you on your path.
• Advanced Energetics. For those deep on their path of embodied awakening and practiced energetics. We work with you where you are at and channel the guidance, energetic support and inner process help you are calling for in the moment.  I have been supporting facilitators, light workers, healers and those on their path for two decades. 

We don’t heal the symptoms in your life and fix what is happening. We go behind the story to the origin events and give safe space to allow the unfinished responses to move. That’s what allows you to manifest new scenarios in your life, work, creating, relationships and situations.

Are you a healer?

The short answer is no. You are. 

The slightly longer answer is I’m an activator and a guide. I can help you into alignment with your core Resonance – which is what heals at all levels. And restores harmony in your many fields. 

And I can help you clear root causes connected to any imbalances.

Without you needing to revisit pain or trauma or re-experience the origin event/s.

Can you do physical healing?

Again, the short answer is no. And the longer answer is;

When the body is expressing an imbalance, it is messaging. And the message it carries relates to imbalance or dissonance at an energetic level. Emotions, thoughts, patterns, registered experiences (that have yet to release and transform) can all be understood as energy. 

The work we do does not focus on fixing symptoms and cannot replace your preferred path of medical support. 

Instead it can be considered complementary to external and medical support.

What we look at together uncovers the root causes preventing your body, emotions, thoughts or patterns from healing and rebalancing themselves.

Advanced energetics…

Entities, attachments, curses and implants

Quite often I hear people requesting the removal of some or all of the above. 

Here we take an approach that looks at what has given permission for anything to be in your field that you do not want there. 

This permission can relate to unhealed self-belief, emotion or registered experience. 

It can be inherited from your spiritual lineage, your familial, cultural, tribal lineage. It can be part of human evolution and your place in your own trajectory within that.

 

When you take ownership for healing and clearing the relevant permission, you are also owning your own sovereignty. And claiming the universal law to create in your own field. Which empowers you to change all conditions. 

Perhaps there is a soul gift from this experience – an insight, a revelation, a state change or a process for you to go through. And then the seeming obstacle can be related to as a gift that’s helped you grow. 

That doesn’t mean that these things have an automatic quick fix button. 

We were made perfectly and that perfect design is within every part of us as a potential. But as souls there has been an incarnational journey into forgetting – who we are, why we are here, how we are connected to all of everything. And choices made along the way helped us further our path of falling into separation – within, from life, from everything. Each choice like that caused the breath of life in our energy systems, our consciousness, to behave in a slightly different way.

After many incarnations in that trajectory, our energy alchemy has become wired in a distorted or even inverted way. More or less in different areas for each of us. 

Taking responsibility for the origin choice at a soul level to explore separation, gives access to the divine template for perfection within. And it becomes possible to reclaim our divine energy alchemy and assert harmony as the natural state of being at all levels. 

That doesn’t mean we should all express harmony at all levels all the time or fear the parts of us that are not expressing harmony at all. 

Quite the opposite. Facing dissonant parts and holding them in love while listening to what they are telling us can bring even the darkest, most unloved parts of a person back home to wholeness. 

And for many of us, the human experience includes accepting, loving and walking forward on that path. 

This is what enables the more complex energetics to take effect and dissolve the connection to entities, curses, attachments or implants, along with the pain of their every having ‘been’ a part of us. This work is often channeled with the support of guides, masters and consciousness’ of unconditionally loving integrity.

When I first began my explorations into meditation, all I did was sit down for the first time in my life and make the intention to meditate. That’s when I discovered the direct, effective power of intention. And also when I discovered that without tuition, support and ongoing training, those with dispositions to make energetic connections in other dimensions might find themselves connecting to energies that were less than benevolent. And may have inherited distortions from previous spiritual explorations or simply being open without knowing it from an early age. 

This is why we combine energetic readings with inner process work, transformational support, training, practices and guidance at all levels. Which can be ongoing if you choose it. Either in one to one sessions, or in the group field.
