There is a place within you that has never left. Beneath the layers of experience, the pain of separation and all that you have become, the wholeness you are is here.
In this immersion, the frequency of divine Ma speaks to the parts of us that have gone into experience and known what it is to feel less than love, less than wholeness, less than truth. Their pain is heard. The pathways through which they became as they are are understood, and space is held for their return.
We are invited to rest in an ocean of love—surrounding us, breathing through us, woven through every part of our being. Here, we are held like a child in the arms of Ma. Here, we are also the ocean.
With attention in the body and the space between heartbeats, we ask the heart: does this infinite space need anything of us before it can hold, nourish and cherish us, exactly as we are?
Even the parts we cannot face, the parts hidden in shame or buried beyond our awareness, are already embraced. Love has found them. Compassion meets the pain at the root of their becoming.
The invitation is to say yes, in the heart, to receiving a little more of the love we are. We may feel a little or a lot. Each small yes opens a doorway through which that flow can continue to grow, finding its way within us and touching the shared world we are part of.
You are welcome here, anytime you drop in.
- Within this immersion:
- Ma, “she who is” and “she who is not”: the wholeness that holds the cries of separation.
- The place of contentment within us that has been overlaid by experience, yet has never left.
- Resting in the ocean of love, and recognising ourselves as that ocean.
- Returning to body sensation and the space between heartbeats.
- Asking the heart whether anything is required before we can be held exactly as we are.
- The parts we hide or cannot face, the pain at their root, and the compassion already meeting them.
- Saying yes to receiving, with room for the flow to continue beyond what we feel in the moment.
- How receiving a little more of this love touches the world within us and our shared reality.
how this fits into the structure
Each time we listen to an immersion, parts of us are rewritten. We have the opportunity to come into a higher alignment with our signature resonance – in specific ways.
Short Meditations give us a practice we can repeat that helps us embody that new alignment.
Anchoring Practices give us an opportunity to integrate these alignments into life. They’re quick alignments we can practice – if not everywhere – then in lots of different situations as we go about what we’re doing.
Immersions helps us shift our state of beingness. Short Meditations help us embody those shifts. Anchoring Practices turn it in action.
