A brief practice to return attention to your heart and centre as you go about your day.
We begin by noticing the physical sensations in the centre of the chest—not what they are, simply that they are. Here is the heartbeat, your rhythm and movement, and the silent centre between each beat.
Imagining the breath beginning here, we follow it gently down to the lower belly and back to the heart, then up to the head and back again, in an infinity form. Three breaths with this awareness, and an intention to notice sensation in the body as a whole—as though you are inside your body, aware.
Something to return to whenever you feel to, as often as you like. Choose a moment when you are physically and situationally safe, with attention free to turn inward—not while driving or crossing a road.
A companion to the Being Your Flow short meditation and Your Living Light Signature immersion.

how this fits into the structure
Each time we listen to an immersion, parts of us are rewritten. We have the opportunity to come into a higher alignment with our signature resonance – in specific ways.
Short Meditations give us a practice we can repeat that helps us embody that new alignment.
Anchoring Practices give us an opportunity to integrate these alignments into life. They’re quick alignments we can practice – if not everywhere – then in lots of different situations as we go about what we’re doing.
Immersions helps us shift our state of beingness. Short Meditations help us embody those shifts. Anchoring Practices turn it in action.
