Joy arises when we rest in the cave of creation. The space of softness within. A place of beingness that frees us from that internal state of 'not-enoughness. Where we're nourished, nurtured, held - loved unconditionally and met in the moment exactly as we are. Met by ourselves. No one else needs to be there, or be in on this.

This state of enoughness gives rise to the phenomenon of spontaneous inspiration.

Where we're inspired from within to do something that excites us. Not to fulfil a need or compensate for something lacking. But in a daydream state of: If, in this moment, I am enough, I have done enough, I have enough, just for this moment...If nothing is needed of me... what is here, now.

That internal inspiration is the energy of Source, flowing in and through us, moving along internal pathways that align with our very essence. The signature blueprint of our light alchemy. The song of who we are.

Each of us is a living dance of light in aliveness. And that aliveness sings our signature song, generates our field of frequencies and puts us in touch with the rest of creation in unique and specific ways. Ways that change moment to moment.

We're like light refracting on the surface of water, what comes to the surface in us, what comes forward in this now moment moves with each moment. Infinitely complex as we may be and our signature light is most certainly complex, listening to that dance of light within us simply means being alive to Joy's whispers whenever we're able to actually hear them.

Joy whispers when we're resting in a state of enoughness. Actually it does more than whisper. It speaks clearly. Excitement is the compass guiding action in the moment. And learning to trust it is an art and a path of dissolving doubt. Learning confidence in the inner prompts to act. To choose. To do.

Because there's nothing more beautiful in this earth than human beings living the truth of their excitement, trusting their joy and following the path it takes them on. Imagine a world of people doing what they were made for - living their truth, expressing what's really inside them.

Joy doesn't have to lead us to live perfect lives, but it can be a vehicle to move us forward in closer alignment with our signature song and the why of who we are.

Joy is a fire energy that has its home in your solar center - your internal sun and the part of you that's designed to shine your essence out into the world, the universe. And beyond. Not as a stage act. But as a presence within creation weaving the refraction of light you are in the All That Is into the fabric of consciousness, patterning creation with what you're bringing to this now moment. 

And that, as an activity, is happening all the time. Because you are, your song is part of creation. 

So we talk in this mini transmission about relaxing into the natural patterning in your solar center. And engaging the frequency of "I Can Do This" not as a surge of activity. But as a resting state of being. Being that leads to spontaneous, joy-inspired, essence-aligned doing. 

There's nothing more beautiful than you doing you :) So don't waste time worrying about what other people think, how many likes you'll get, who will rate this and who will hate it. Because those internal and external critics keep us small. We only have one life as who we are. So be magnificently you. There's no-one else to be.
